Phi Mu Delta Iota is ranked 2nd in top GPA for Fall 2017 in All Women's GPA, and 3rd in Campus Overall. Not only did Delta Iota rank highly, but 21 young women made Dean's List for Fall 2017, achieving 3.6 or higher. These women work diligently to maintain internships, student teaching, leadership positions, and extracurriculars on top of schoolwork, a task that proves itself to be difficult. We are extremely proud of our Dean's List scholars! To reward these ladies, an annual Dean's List Dinner Party is thrown for them in celebration of their scholastic achievements. Sisters that receive a 4.0 during one of their semesters receive silver Scholarship charms from Phi Mu Foundation fromThe Ada Martin Henry Scholarship Charm program.
Delta Iota's academic goals for Spring 2018 are to improve our GPA by.030, that so that we may rank higher, to have a 75% increase in Study Times Attendance, and to improve chapter Panhellenic ranking from 2 of 5 to 1 of five. Our Academic Chair is working to provide exciting games and challenges to encourage participation, including two new awards, and a monthly drawing for prizes. There are also weekly study times in the Chapter Room, as well as Study Binders located around campus for sisters who prefer to study with minimal distractions.
